"And I was spending so much money flying back and forth that I finally was like, “You know what? I am just going to stay in New York.” So--and this is actually the first time I am publicly saying this--this is a part of my story. I lived out of my backpack, legitimately homeless. I was traveling with it with a fellow dance friend. And because I had spent so much money flying back and forth, and still paying rent back on the west coast, I was very tight on money. I didn’t have anywhere to live. So I lived in Central Park."
